Very Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

2 c. non-dairy milk of your choice (almond, soy, cashew, etc.)
1/3 c. + 2 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c. raspberries, fresh or frozen
2-3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix together all ingredients in large bowl or mason jar. Store in refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours. Mix once more, serve cold in individual containers. Enjoy!!
